Learning Adventures
Our Curriculum

Communication
Communication and language are key to a child’s growth. Through our Lift off to Language sessions, we create a language-rich environment that encourages communication and positive relationships. We celebrate each child’s individuality by listening and supporting their unique voice as they learn and develop.

Physical Development
Children at Sweet Peas learn to navigate space and obstacles safely through risky play and outdoor activities that support both gross and fine motor skills. We offer a variety of daily activities to nurture their development and independence, with free access to our outdoor space, encouraging physical engagement and exploration.

PSED
We create a 'home from home' environment, building strong bonds with each child and family. This helps children express their feelings and develop life skills like resilience, empathy, and healthy relationships. Our curriculum supports personal, social, and emotional development (PSED) through role play, ring games, and group activities.

Environment
We provide a safe, happy environment. Every child is valued as a unique individual, supported by caring, experienced and qualified practitioners
Early Years Education
We support through play and interactions. Sweet Peas is a child led, free flow setting. We follow the statutory guidelines of the EYFS and make learning fun
Setting Foundations
Our Early Years curriculum supports children to be happy, confident, creative, social and resourceful. Paving the way for a great start in their learning journey
